Editorial process
From upload to publication
Prepare the story
Send a deliberate image sequence with complete team, wardrobe and production credits.
Editorial decision
We review the story as a whole: concept, visual language, sequence and complete credits. The publication process begins after Artells accepts the application and the platform confirms acceptance.
Issue publication
Your publication is complete when the issue is released or the issue is published on the magazine website.
- ✓You control the required rights and accept responsibility for copyright or model-rights claims connected to the submitted material.
- ✓A written model release exists for every identifiable person and can be provided if requested.
- ✓Anyone under 18 has separate written consent from a parent or official guardian.
- ✓No sexualised, nude or sexually provocative material involving minors may be submitted under any circumstances.
- ✓Credits and files are final and match the exact requirements shown in the live platform listing.
After platform confirmation, a client may request withdrawal within five working days unless the issue has already been released. Processing remains subject to the rules of the platform where the order was placed. Editorial placement, layout and final publication decisions remain with Artells Magazine.
