• Email submissions and correspondence: your name, email address, the content of your message and any attached photographs, and the team credits you provide (names, roles, Instagram handles, email addresses).
• Submissions via partner platforms: when you submit via Kavyar or Artells Media, we receive your submission data (name, contact details, credits, images) from that platform.
• Website analytics: usage data collected through Yandex.Metrica cookies.
This Website does not offer user accounts, does not process payments and does not collect payment card details.

We process personal data for: editorial review and publication of submitted work (performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in publishing the magazine); publication of names, likenesses and credits in print, digital and social media (consent given at submission); sending the newsletter (consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email); website analytics (consent); responding to enquiries (legitimate interest); and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Publication of personal data. Publication in a magazine and on social media makes names, likenesses and credits public. Print editions cannot be recalled after distribution. 6. International transfers. Our processors may process data outside Serbia and the EU/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Submission and publication records are kept for as long as the related issue remains distributed and as necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request.
